What you’ll do

As a working student within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Services Delivery team, you will be supporting the Strategic Program Office – who is the Back Office of the Global Head of ECS Delivery – with strategic, communication and administrative tasks. Your role will entail:

Support in maintaining and creating content for various communication channels, such as the Team´s SharePoint page, ECS Jam and internal newsletter

Prepare internal and external communication, ensuring high-level of deliverable quality in communication

Support in creation and edition of video content

Support in planning and execution of strategic projects in close alignment with global and regional management teams.

Support in planning, execution/moderation, and follow-up of meetings

Supporting administrative tasks

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

Preferred fields of study: Communication, Management

Good knowledge in MS Office products, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint

Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate in fluent English; German is a plus

Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams

team player, structured, organized, solution-oriented thinking

Capacity to continuously acquire new knowledge in an independent, proactive way
