Senior Entertainment Travel Agent (Remote)

Full time, US

As part of the Travel Consultant Team, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.). You will be working independently on requests and take the initiative to help other team members and management as requested.

As a Senior Entertainment Travel Agent, you will

• Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer
• Strong understanding of a client travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customer
• Provide travel offers and general travel advice to travelers
• Respond to requests accurately and completely
• Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules
• Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penalties
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
• Actively support other team members within and across teams

About you

• Relevant experience in the corporate travel management industry
• Advanced skills on travel industry system GDS Sabre
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes
• Experience booking international and domestic corporate travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Ability to work in the Pacific time zone
